Study On County Economic Development In Gannan Prefecture

County economy，as a subsystem of the national economy in China,is an integratedeconomy，which plays a linking role in industry and agriculture, urban and rural. Thecounty economic development restricts the degree of development of the nationaleconomy. If the level of County economic development is high，it can be able topromote the further development of the national economy. While the level fallsbehind，it will play a certain impediment to further development of the nationaleconomy. County Economic Development plays an important role in promotingregional economic development, enhancing overall competitiveness, reducingregional economic dispairties, urban and rural development, improving the incomelevel of farmers, increasing the employment of nationals，promoting ruralindustrialization and building a moderately prosperous society, and promoting thebuilding of a harmonious socialist society. In recent years, the county economicdevelopment is paid attention to by the government departments and academicattention.After the National Congress proposed to boost the county economy，thecentral authorities have been put forward a series of policy on the development of thecounty economy, local governments at all levels pay more and more attention on it.Many scholars study the depth from optimal adjustment of the county economicdevelopment mode, type, county industry and economic differences among countiesand the county economic development problems in other aspects, which providesimportant ideas and development direction for the development of the countyeconomy to promote the rapid development of the county economy.Gannan County seize the opportunities to support economic and socialdevelopment in Tibetan areas and act the state of science and education, the strongstate of the industry, agriculture and animal husbandry complementary project, thecounty economic and social development go well. However, compared to other city ofthe state economy，the gap of the province is still quite large, comprehensiveeconomic strength is weak. There are still a lot of problems of their own.And it is inurgent need of development by leaps and bounds.Therefore, the paper proceed fromthe actual situation of Gannan County Economic Development, the use ofmathematical models to analyze the time and space characteristics of the county economic development level and estimates the strength of economic ties between thecity and county and contact direction, while the Gannan County EconomicDevelopment strategic analysis, and proposed the construction of appropriatecountermeasures.(1)starting from the actual situation of Gannan County Economic developmentof Gannan County Economic status quo, that Gannan County Economic overall levelof development was rapid growth trend, and tertiary industries have developed rapidly,to further improve the people’s living standards and social undertakings. However,Gannan County Economic there are still many problems in the overall developmenthas lagged behind the overall strength of the economy is weak, irrational industrialstructure, and the county’s economic development is uneven.(2)the entropy method to select the15economic indicators, to establish the levelof county economic development of comprehensive evaluation index system，datafrom the2001，2005and2010，the county economic development in GannanPrefecture, spatial and temporal differences in characteristics, results show that: thepast10years, Gannan County Economic level of development of the comprehensiveevaluation value different movements, the county economic volatility there is a timedifference, the county economy uneven spatial distribution, the difference is obvious.Measure the city and county, Gannan Prefecture, economic ties with the strength anddirection of contact, based on the gravity model results show that: the strength of theeconomic ties between the city and county, Gannan Prefecture, generally small，andthere is a significant spatial distribution characteristics.(3)According to the present situation and problems of the county economicdevelopment, spatial and temporal differences of the county economy and economicties strength analysis of Gannan County Economic Development strengths andweaknesses, opportunities and challenges, to promote the development of industrieswith local advantages, strengthen the county inrfastructure，expand the fiscal revenuechannels, the personnel training and other countermeasures to promote thedevelopment of county economy in Gannan Prefecture recommended.
