Under the fast urbanization background, our country urban construction is like araging fire, but the village actually deteriorates day by day, the urban-rural dual structureis increasingly serious. China as a typical agricultural country in the world, ruraldevelopment is closely linked to social stability and economic development of the country.At the same time, China is a mountainous country, village located in mountain areas,which means that most of the village is mountainous villages. As a result of position,transportation and other limits, the mountainous village is hard to carry on theurbanization through the city unceasing expansion and realize the development of ruralsociety economy. However, the mountainous village have a wealth of natural resources,rich traditional culture, which are advantages of developing rural tourism.Rural tourism has developed rapidly in recent years, it is seen as an effective way topromote rural development, to change the face of rural poverty and backwardness, andalso the related research of PPT model appear. But there are many problems in the processof rapid development of rural tourism, such as: product homogeneity of tourism,ecological destruction, duplication of facilities and so on. If we want to effectively playthe role of poverty alleviation to rural tourism, we had to study on the very measures forthe problems and to explore the path for the sustainable development of rural tourism.Under the background of regional integration in the global economy. This articleconducted the research of mountainous rural tourism, which is based on systems theory,landscape ecology theory, region spatial structure theory and other basic theories, as wellas the interaction relationship between mountainous area characteristic and the villagetraveling and the present situation of the mountainous rural tourism development and theplan and through the regional integration perspective. First, it divided the regionalintegration level of rural tourism in mountain areas, explored the major elements of theregional integration, built a model of regional integration organizations, and conductedresearch on the development stages of regional integration. Secondly, it proposed aregional integration strategy of rural tourism in mountain areas based on the above:①toconstruct Government macro-management system,②to build barrier-free transportationsystem,③to prepare regional development planning of rural tourism,④to build regionalseamless travel service system,⑤to create the overall brand image of rural tourism,⑥to build rural tourism marketing system in regional integration,⑦to build regional integratedinformation network platform.Thirdly, this article discussed about the specific planning of the mountainous ruraltourism regional integration from seven aspects, they are: resources, image, products,sites, spaces, infrastructure, and service facilities of tourism.Ultimately, it concluded the following conclusions:①Rural Tourism RegionalIntegration is the inevitable trend of rural tourism sustainable development,②theprincipal contradiction of Rural Tourism Regional Integration is the contradiction betweenstakeholders,③regional integration organizations of the rural tourism is basic guaranteeof Rural Tourism Regional Integration,④Planning method of regional integration is thekey to regional integration of rural tourism.This study is intended through the establishment of regional partnerships, explorationof regional integration planning to find a path of sustainable development of mountainrural tourism. And hope to drive the development of mountainous country, and even otherrural socio-economic development which suits the development rural tourism through thesustainable development of rural tourism.
