Recent years,with the globalization and liberalization of international air transportindustry and, the civil aviation administration "open skies" policy during the period of"11th five-year plan", many foreign airlines enter the domestic market. At the same time,the conditions of setting up of domestic airlines become more and more simple. Civilairlines develop fast. Facing complex and changeable environment, as a member of thelocal airlines XH airline, on the one hand, has enormous development opportunities andlarge development advantages, on the other hand, it also faces fierce competition andsevere tests. Even there are some unfavorable factors in itself. The research about XHairline development strategy can not only provide reference choice to the futuredevelopment of the company, but also affect to the similar domestic company.Based on the internal and external environment for the development of XH airline,Inthe implementation of the strategy of "HaiXi" as the background,, the article use thePEST, SWOT and porter’s five competitive model, analyses the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of XH airlines. Then it presents the strategies about thecompany’s development and the implementation of the strategies. Specifically, the contentof the article is divided into five parts: Firstly, this article elaborates background, purpose,significance, methods and main analysis tools of this article. Secondly, the theoryoverview part mainly expounds the evolution of strategic management theory and theconstruction of enterprise strategy management system. Thirdly, the paper analyses theexternal environment of XH airlines, then divides the company’s external environmentinto macroscopic environment and microcosmic environment. Fourthly, it analysis theinternal environment of XH company, concluding the advantages and disadvantages of itsinternal resources Lastly, based on the SWOT analysis method, the fifth part gives the development strategies of XH airline, then gives some implement measures of thedevelopment strategies.
