Andthere exists the problems that the supply and the demand are not totally matched, and theeffective demand is not sufficient. The following part made analysis of the reasons of thevacancy and the suggestions for regulating. On the basis of the study and the experiencesof foreign countries, gave advices of solving the problems of the vacancy of the residentialbuildings.
