With the economic development, creativity plays an essential role in this age oftechnology. The researches about employees’ creativity are diverse, and also refined.Now many studies show that stressors are one of the important variables affectingcreativity behavior. On the basis of empirical research found that many types ofstressors have different effects on creativity, which causes people to make a morein-depth discussion of the extent and nature of the impact of employees’ creativity.Based on this, this dissertation divides the organizational dualism stressors intochallenge stressor and hindrance stressor, to explore these two stressors’ mechanism ofaction towards to employees’ creativity. Meanwhile, the mediating effect and moderatevariables also affect the role of stress on creativityThis study explored the above problem through studying the following threesubjects: first of all, the impact of the organizational dualism stressors towards to theemployees’ creativity. If the challenge–hindrance stressors have impact on thecreativity significant? The second, study the mediating variables from the organizationdualism stressors’ impact process on employees’ creativity. Among these two stressors,how to impact the creativity through intermediary variable. The third, study theorganizational dualism stressors’ correcting mechanism during the impact process onemployees. Which variable can correcting the relationship between the organizationaldualism stressors and employees’ creativity?In this study, collected204employees valid samples survey data,by the use ofthe statistical methods like regression analysis,empirical verifying the basicassumptions and models of the search. Concluded as follows: challenge stressor has apositive correlation on creativity and significant. Hindrance stressor has a negativecorrelation on creativity and significant. Between the hindrance stressor and creativity,anxiety plays an intermediary role partially, intrinsic motivation plays a partialmediating role. Anxiety and intrinsic motivation play a full intermediary role in theimpact mechanism from the challenging stressor to the incremental innovation.Between the hindrance stressor and creativity, anxiety plays an intermediary rolecompletely, intrinsic motivation plays a partial mediating role. The interaction term ofhindrance stressor and benevolent leadership are affect employees’ creativitysignificantly. The interaction term of hindrance stressor and creative self-efficacy areaffect employees’ creativity significantly.Finally, the main conclusions of this research were summarized and discussed,and the limitation and future directions were also put forward.
