Along with our country market economics gradually development, the market economy system is gradually mature too, and under the mature market economy, competition among enterprises will be greatly enhanced. In its current form, how to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise or organization is particularly important. Organizational justice climate is the effective index of the competitiveness of enterprises, which can effectively reflect the enterprises’ competitive abilities. Enterprise is the most critical factor in the economic activities, and an enterprise’s healthy development plays an important role on the rapid development of the economy. An enterprise’s development is not only affected by the formal rules, but also affected by the informal rules which rooted in our culture. Interaction of formal rules and informal rules has a significant impact on the arrangement and implementation of system. If formal and informal rules are not effectively integrated, conflicts of formal and informal rules hold system to achieve the goal and then affect the efficiency and development of the enterprise. The reason of this situation that the formal rules and informal rules can’t generate good interactive is organization has not good justice climate. Justice climate’s perception of organization members, this kind of atmosphere in a certain extent, can belong to the informal rules and it will produce the intangible constraints and norms, which has the positive effect on the behavior of the members, promoting the integration of formal rules and informal rules.On the basis of organizational justice climate and the relationship of system conflict that researched by scholars from abroad and home, this thesis analyzes that organizational justice climate has the effect on system conflict, and proposes the corresponding hypothesis. This thesis uses structural equation model to cope with the data gained by the questionnaire. This thesis empirically analyzes how each dimension of organizational justice climate has the difference on system conflict relationship. The study has been shown organizational justice climate reduces system conflict. This study has very important practical significance. Through this research, hope to give enterprises a better understanding about organizational justice climate, and this understanding of how organizational justice climate has the effect on system conflict will improve system arrangement, improve the competitiveness of the enterprises, and achieve the anticipated target of enterprises and ensure enterprises to perform effectively...
