In order to conduct a primary explorative study on the existing evaluationindicators of integrity test based on the domestic culture, this research take as subjectthe college students and collected626valid samples. In all the paper includes adiscussion of five major evaluation indicators and the magnificence of integrity test inrecruitment.The thesis first processed the data with SEM method and constructed a integritytest model and the relation between integrity and the loss of company. Then a test ofmulticollinearity, reliability, validation, cross-validation and common method biasesof the model is applied which indicates well fitness of the model. The result showsthat socialization, conscientiousness, skeptical, the people around and values are themain evaluation indicators of integrity test and there is a significant negativecorrelation between integrity and enterprises losses, say the higher integrity of theemployees, the smaller losses to the enterprises.Using the integrity test modes as a starting point, this research builds an integritytest model with covariates. The model showed that there was no difference exits inintegrity among individuals coming from different gender, different educationbackground and different home address; but indicators such as school, gender,education background, family address, whether from only child family, and whetherhave religion beliefs affects one’s integrity level. And using the relationship model ofintegrity and enterprises losses as a starting point, the thesis studied the moderatingeffect of indicators of school, gender, education background, family address, whetherfrom only child family, and whether have religion beliefs on the relation betweenintegrity and enterprises losses.
