In the dissertation, dynamic capabilities is defined as the firm's ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences to improve the operating capabilities and make further contribution to the adaption to the rapidly changing environments (Teece et al., 1997; Zahra et al., 2006), which takes a significant position for the firms to achieve the sustainable competitive advantage in the dynamic and complicated environments.In recent years, relevant research about dynamic capabilities becomes one of the hot topics in the field of strategic management.However, recent research on the dynamic capabilities pay much more attention on the relationship between the dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage.That is, it stay in the stage of explanation of the definition about the dynamic capabilities or place the dynamic capabilities as one independent variable of another variable. The research should pay more attention to the index system,training and developing process and forming or promoting mechanism of the dynamic capabilities.And also,because the firm are involved in the complicated and dynamic environments, we need to connect the theory with business practice and summarize the enhancing mechanism of the dynamic capabilities. All in all ,we must search the sources of the dynamic capabilities and identify which factors promote the dynamic capabilities. The theory of corporate entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning provides the answer for this phenomenon.Having done a great review on prior research about the theory of dynamic capabilities, corporate entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning and some deep case investigation, we find the relationship among them and raise the hypothesis and use the statistics analysis to validate them.Finally, we put forward the promoting mechanism of dynamic capabilities through organizational learning in the innovation and proactiveness.Specificly, we use the sample to verify the dynamic capabilities are comprised by four dimentions,that is changing and renewal capabilities, organizational flexibility capabilities, technological flexibility capabilities and environmental awareness capabilities.And also,through the pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis ,we find the innovativeness and proactiveness of the corporate entrepreneurial orientation is positively associated with the dynamic capabilities and mediating effect of organizational learning.Finally, we raise the promotion mechanism of dynamic capabilities through organizational learning in the context of innovativeness and proactiveness and employ two cases to validate it.Finally, based on the investigation and analysis above, some suggestions are proposed from three different levels, that is the level of entrepreneurs and elites, enterprises and government or some complimentary service facilities. The summary is given, as well as the research prospect of the future.
