Study On Industrial Heritage Tourism Exploitation And Strategies In Dalian

"Industrial heritage tourism"as a new and special type of heritage tourism, is not a new concept since it has been knew for some time. However, the development of the industrial heritage tourism is imbalanced in our country, some areas and enterprises have made a good performance in developing industrial tourism. Relatively industrial heritage tourism in Dalian is still at the primary stage. As an important city in the old industrial base in northeast of China, Dalian not only has abundant industry resources, its tourism market has also ripped, and lurk enormous potential to develop the industrial tourism. It is a valuable research about how to make a good use of the abundant resources to develop industrial heritage tourism properly to promote the sustainable development of the city, and improve the development level of city tourism constantly.There are seven chapters in this paper.The first chapter of this article briefly elaborated background and meaning of subject, analyzes and summarizes experts or scholars of domestic and international in the industrial heritage tourism research achievements paper, and the research contents, the research methods, the innovation and paper's framework.The second chapter basically introduces the related concepts of industrial heritage tourism, industrial heritage tourism characteristics and basic theory of industrial heritage tourism development, mainly including resources endowment theory, tourism system theory, the theories of sustainable development, tourist-culture theory, and tourist-marketing theory.The third and fourth chapter, are the subject of articles. The third chapter on the basis of analyzing the present situation of domestic industrial heritage tourism development, the municipal industrial heritage tourism development of macroscopic background in Dalian, and on the basis of the detailed analysis of Dalian present situation of the development in industrial heritage tourism, mainly from cities and industrial development, urban industrial heritage tourism are analyzed. The fourth chapter analysis SWOT of the industrial heritage tourism, and put forward some suggestions.The fifth chapter basically based on industrial heritage tourism value evaluation system, evaluation method and evaluation model, evaluate industrial heritage tourism value objectively and briefly, and based on this, make some development suggestions.The sixth chapter basically on above, and based on the actual and Dalian's characteristics of the industrial heritage tourism, on the basis of investigation on industrial heritage tourism development present situation, put forward strategic advice and suitable development mode for Dalian development of industrial heritage tourism, in order to promote the sustainable development and tourism of Dalian.The last part of the paper is summarized, and points out the analysis the problems and the insufficiency existing in the research, and put forward some further research problems.
