Study On Development Dynamic Machanism Of The Ethnic Minority Villages Tourism

With the increasing of the productive forces and development of science andtechnology, tourism is booming and developing in the ascendant. Cultural tourismbased on folklore theme is very popular in the market. Ethnic Village Tourism whosesoul is the unique folklore culture gain much social concerns, and develops rapidly. Atthe same time a large number of distinctive ethnic villages emerged and was involvedin tourism development tide actively. But a burst after a burst, being lack ofknowledge of tourism, similar products, poor management, imperfect infrastructureconstruction, inadequate Environmental Protection, insufficient fund investment in thecurrent situation, have become increasingly prominent problems during EthnicVillage Tourism in development, seriously restricting tourism in ethnic villages, thusaffecting the sustainable development of tourism of ethnic villages, hindering thesustainable development of the tourist places of ethnic villages. Having excellenttourism resources of cultural heritage and national characteristics, we can not helpthinking about: what are the forces which hinder the further development of tourismin ethnic villages? Where is the fundamental focus of the Ethnic Village Tourism?How to rationalize the complex ethnic villages tourism system scientifically? Thispaper is trying to make use of power system study and existing power mechanismresearch to study the dynamic mechanism of Ethnic Village Tourism, trying to findthe fundamental focus of the Tourism Development of Ethnic Village, aiming toprovide a theoretical reference for the development of ethnic villages travel health soas to promote the sound and rapid development of tourism in ethnic villages.In this paper, the Ethnic Village Tourism dynamical systems contains thefollowing five pasts.The first part is the introduction. This chapter points out that the reason andresearch significance of this paper, by sorting out the relevant literature, summarizingEthnic Village Tourism Research, analysis of the achievements and shortcomings ofDriving Mechanism of Tourism Research insufficient. Focusing on the research ideasof this paper, the theoretical foundation and application methods lay the foundation of building dynamic mechanism model later. Tourism research involves amulti-disciplinary and multi-field. But this paper focuses on interpreting of the theory,including the theory of sustainable development, push-pull theory, tourism theory ofsupply and demand. And this paper uses hierarchy process, system dynamics methodand literature study.The second part is the current development status of Ethnic Village Tourism.This chapter describes the development characteristics and existing problems ofEthnic Village Tourism. Development characteristics contain mostly concentrating inthe mountains in geographic distribution, being government-led operation andfocusing on eco-cultural village from the development point of view. Problems mostlyare lack of knowledge of tourism, similar structure and products, no specificcharacteristics of tourism products, poor management, unsound infrastructure andpoor sanitation, inadequate environmental protection, difficult financing and a singlesource of funding.The third part is the dynamic to the development of Ethnic Village Tourism, asa core part of this article. This chapter is to explore dynamic factors, starting fromtourism demand, tourism supply and tourism media. Dynamic factors in the demandfor tourism perspective involve culture experience, and value of experience and theadvantage of value. Dynamic factors from the perspective of tourism supply involvetourism resources, location characteristics, tourism ecological environment, the levelof tourism services, and service facilities. While tourism media prospects derivedfrom the government, tourism agencies, transportation, media, advertising andreputation. Secondary factors under government involve policy guidance, measures toguide, infrastructure and place environment. Basing on these dynamic factors, weanalyze the ethnic villages Tourist Development Dynamic constitution. The maindriving force is divided into three levels: inner motive force that is demand and supplyforces, outer force that is attractive, support.The fourth part is the Ethnic Village Tourism dynamic mechanism andcountermeasures analysis as a core part of this paper. This chapter, basing on previousdynamics factor exploring and forces constitute, builds the dynamic mechanismmodel of development of Ethnic Village Tourism and analyze it. And basing on model analysis, we analyze the application of dynamic mechanism, structure andhierarchy of the dynamic mechanism. Finally, we propose countermeasures to currentdevelopment status of Ethnic Village Tourism.The last part is a summary. This chapter summarizes the study result andinnovation of the paper, pointing out the deficiencies in the study and proposingfurther research outlook.
