The minority ethnic village is popular with people for its beautiful scenery and particular ethnic culture. With the rapid development of its tourism, we should deserve attention to many negative effects. Suitable development mode is important to ensuring the minority ethnic village gaining the sustainable development of tourism. Domestic and international scholars pay attention to the development of ethnic tourism. But they focus on research into microcosmic contents such as the effects of developing tourism and development measures. The number of articles about research into tourism development mode is limited.This article chooses The Xishuangbanna Dai Park as a case, according to the clue of"theory to practice to theory",expounds the effect of the development conception to the minority ethnic villages'tourism, discusses suitable tourism developing mode, sets forth concrete measure for making the mode more perfect.This article consists of 6 chapters:Chapter 1, General Introduction. On the base of analyzing the research background, analyses the theory and practical meanings, and makes clear the train and structure of thought, puts forward to the methods of writing.Chapter 2, Domestic and Aboard Research on the Minority Ethnic Village Tourism. This chapter reviews the research about the minority ethnic village tourism of domestic and international scholars, and sums up the research contents of outcomes before.Chapter 3, The Tourism Development Conception of the Minority Ethnic Village. Applying the method of contrast, compares with Custom Museum, Eco-Museum and Culture-Ecological Village development conception, extracts the feature of each development conception, in order to find the enlightenment effects to the minority ethnic village tourism.Chapter 4, Tourism Development Mode of The Xishuangbanna Dai Park. It sets forth strategy such as whole exploit,surrounding manpower,winning victory through culture and scientific management directing at the tourism development mode, for the minority ethnic villages reference on developing tourism.Chapter 5, Analyzing Tourism Apperceiving of The Xishuangbanna Dai Park. Through analyzing the questionnaire of tourists, we try to inquire into the tourism motivation of tourists, the difference between tourism expect and tourism apperceiving, applying"authenticity"and"role playing"to fix the"tourism situation"of The Dai Park; Through analyzing the questionnaire of inhabitants, we try to inquire into the whole apperceiving of developing tourism, mainly into the culture apperceiving and investigate whether they join in village tourism; Through spot coverage and investigation we find there are some contradictions and negative effects existing in the tourism development of The Dai Park, The Xishuangbanna Dai Park Company, Ltd, as the manager of The Dai Park should promote developing tourism and coordinate inside contradictions.
