| Along with the development of economy and the coming of the information age. More and more attention to high-tech enterprises which take the technological innovation as the main power. High-tech enterprises have become an important support for the economic development of Zhejiang Province. It is one of the keys of the transformation of the economic growth mode and the change of industrial structure of Zhejiang province. In this context, based on the relevant study on the past, taking the high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province as the research object, this paper studies on sustainable growth of new high-tech enterprise based on technological innovation performance systematically. It quantitatively analyzes the model of enterprise’s technology innovation performance positively influencing sustainable growth ability of enterprise roundly, and then systematically analyzes the relationship between product innovation, process innovation, namely the2dimensions of technological innovation performance, and capital adequacy, advanced technology, relational network, namely the3dimensions of sustainable growth ability of enterprise. This paper applies SPSS analysis of the data collected from the high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province to test and analyze the conceptual framework. After the qualitative and quantitative analysis, we come to the following conclusions:A. Based on the data got from the questionnaire, this dissertation tests the dimension of the high-tech enterprise’s technology innovation performance and sustainable growth ability of enterprise.B. There is a significant and positive correlation between the high-tech enterprise’s innovation performance and enterprise sustainable growth ability of enterprise.Enterprise’s innovation performance and capital adequacy, advanced technology, relational network have significant and positive correlation.The above finding deepens understanding the relationship between the enterprise’s technological innovation performance and sustainable growth ability of enterprise, which makes this research more explicatively significant. The research not only enriches the theoretical study on high-tech enterprises, and provides the direction for the sustainable growth of high-tech enterprises. |
