Research On Single Bus Performance Appraisal System Of Road Passenger Transport Enterprises

As an important material production sectors, road passenger transport industryhas absorbed a large number of people who are unemployed and made outstandingcontributions to our country’s labor employment and gross domestic product(GDP),plays an important role in the national economy. With the rising energy prices,passenger service demands and safety management problem, the road passengertransport industry was greatly affected. The road passenger transport enterprises inChina to further narrow road passenger transport industry in China is showing a highenergy consumption, low quality (quality of service), low organization (the level oforganization and management) trend. The reason is that many of the road passengerenterprises have not yet established a scientific and effective performance appraisalsystem and failed in energy control, service standards improvement. Therefore, howto break the routine, establish a scientific and rational system for road passengertransport performance appraisal, is a problem placed in front of the road passengertransport industry in China to be solved.The research methods focus on linking theory with practice, norms andempirical analysis, using Key Performance Indicator and "fishbone diagram"decompose the key factors to affect the performance of passenger transport enterprisesin China, then use the case of a company as a reference, put forward specific methods,and provide a reference for performance evaluation of Chinese road passengertransport enterprises. The first two chapters are brief introductions of the background,view and content of the research and I wish to make a brief introduction of ideas andresearch, as well as a summary of the performance appraisal theory on the basis ofrelevant experts and scholar and refining assessment body to the driver and vehicleservices cycling performance appraisal. The third chapter analyzed five indicators ofthe KPI in the cycling performance appraisal, and problems which should be noted inKPI building process. The forth Chapter uses indicators constructed above proposes aspecific evaluation, performance feedback and evaluation process made a focus research. The fifth chapter quoted cycling performance appraisal of a road passengerfor empirical analysis, and the results are made as a display, highlights the feasibilityof cycling performance appraisal system. The end result of the article proceeded fromreality, combined the road passenger transport enterprises’ nature, the actualrequirements and strategic development, and built performance appraisal system thatfit for Chinese road passenger transport enterprises, wish to provide strategic guidancefor passenger transport enterprises to achieve sustainable development, and has apractical reference and application value.
