H company is a high-tech private enterprise of high ductility of ribbed steel products,equipment production and sales. Currently it is the largest high ductility of cold rollingribbed steel bar technology R&D center, the largest research center of the high ductilityof cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production and equipment manufacturing&sales center inChina. At present, the entire steel industry is operating with a small profit even deficit, thegovernment is also gradually eliminated grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ steels. At the same time, thegovernment strongly encourages to product and extent the grade III steel, high ductility ofcold rolling and some other high-strength steels. Many steel enterprises are activelyexploring effective ideas development. H Company also needs to pay high attention onfinding out a high effective the business mode.Firstly, we analyze the necessity and feasibility of changing and developing thebusiness method of Company H, and point out that, as a private company, Company Hshould take the best advantage of its technical superiority under the current grim situationof the market to obtain greater development, and also must seek more suitable businessmode for the enterprise itself. By the way, we analyze the feasibility of commercialmethod planning. Secondly, we design the planning scheme of the business mode forCompany H, and make a detail report from three aspects: the strategic direction and targetlocation of the commercial mode, the core competence construction, and the implementationof the core competence of the commercial mode. Combining with the theoretical knowledgeabout the nine elements of the business mode, we do a detailed analysis from theintegration of high quality industry capital, reflecting the customer value, sustainableprofitability, and organization management means. Thirdly, the implementation scheme ofH Company’s business mode is discussed. We point out that we can achieve the effectivefinancing by the integration of industry resources to, to achieve sustained profitability ofcustomer value and related parties by the development of industrial chain. Sufficientprerequisite for the establishment of group company need we regulate the internalmanagement, enhance the company high-level modern enterprise management concepts, improve personnel management mechanism, the improvement of comprehensive abilityenterprise managements. We also analyze the difficulties embodiment of commercialmode planning lies in how to effectively control the cost of raw materials of iron and steelindustry upside risks and logistics business risk. We also should promote the enterprisehigh-rise modern enterprise management consciousness, solve the problem of shortage ofhuman resources and ensure the effectiveness of schemes of commercial mode planning.
