Shenyang Metro Group Company Limited operating company (here referred it asthe operating company) was founded in April21,2010, belonging to the Shenyang MetroGroup Co., Ltd., is a large state-owned company Shenyang city rapid rail transitconstruction and operation management. Operating company from its inception, throughthe integration of more than3years of development, the management system and thecorresponding system has been increasingly improved. But as human resourcesmanagement within the core of enterprise management, especially performancemanagement system still exists many problems, to improve enterprise cohesion, enhancethe competitiveness of enterprises are still not mature.At present, the study on performance management of subway industry is relativelyless, and is not specific, comprehensive study. In this paper, the performancemanagement status of company based on the operation, using the present, a study on theperformance management of subway industry is relatively less, and are not specific,comprehensive study. In this paper, the performance management status of companybased on the operation, the use of modern performance theory and the tool analyzesoperating deficiencies of performance management in the operation of the company,according to concrete problems in performance management and combined with thecompany’s development strategy, through the investigation and study, analysis of themethod of operation of improved corporate performance management measures,including performance management scheme for the performance management plan is toconcentrate on the main points, discuss the management objective, principle, applicablescope, period of assessment, organization, evaluation and examination system etc..Performance appraisal mainly discusses the weight proportion of evaluation methods andevaluation index of specific schemes. The performance management process focuses onthe quarterly, semi annual and annual performance appraisal to established performanceappraisal steps at different time points. The use of performance results, performanceresults feedback is the focus of the rational use of performance results, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of continuous improvement of performance management. Theperformance of the appeal is a kind of supervision and restraint mechanism ofperformance management, can be a very good solution to the performance evaluation ofthe examination and assessment by the both sides of the conflict.
