With the rapid development of the global economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In recent years,the development of China's economy has shown a new trend of normality.This new economic situation has provided great opportunities for the development of enterprises,but at the same time,it also brings many challenges to enterprises,such as the development and transformation of business,the improvement of performance and so on.Among the factors that affect and restrict the development of enterprises,human resources have become one of the most important factors.It directly affects the competitiveness and potential of the future development in the market.It plays an important role in the competition of modern enterprises.To build the core competitive power of the enterprise,the comprehensive quality improving of human resources can't be overlooked.A set of reasonable performance management system plays a very important role in human resource management and even in the development of the whole enterprise.Therefore,how to motivate employees' enthusiasm and improve their work performance has become a problem that companies are constantly thinking about.After years of practice,the theory and technology of performance management both at home and abroad have made great progress,but many domestic enterprises have not been aware of the performance improvement,and have not really paid attention to it in practice.Based on this background,this paper selects Anhui Qiang Ying fodder Co.,Ltd.as the research object.On the basis of a large number of consulting documents,this paper makes an in-depth study on the performance management system of the company,analyzes the existing problems,and designs a performance optimization scheme based on KPI,which is designed to enrich and develop employee's performance theory knowledge,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,and provide some effective opinions and suggestions for the performance management practice of enterprises.
