At the same time, information technology has becomethe core competitiveness of the soul of modern bank support. All the competitionbetween enterprises, in the final analysis is the competition of talents, at present,composite and generalist IT talent has become the goal pursued by the financialindustry, however, the soft rib of professional and excellent IT talent shortage is mostbanks of China’s sustainable development. Moreover, the development of the marketeconomy has brought the huge impact and opportunities for bank IT employeeoccupation career development, has had certain influence and even the bank’s normaloperation and IT department daily operation.
