With the development and prosperity of the banking industry,the competition between Banks is getting fiercer,and the competition of market is the competition of talent after all.Therefore,ZZXY Bank needs to develop a perfect career management scheme to provide employees with a good promotion,raise,and personal ability.Employee loyalty enhances the competitiveness of banks.Firstly,this thesis designs a questionnaire to analyze the status of career management of staff in ZZXY Bank,and summarize the existing problems,such as the lack of the concept of staff career management,the simple content of the training of career management,the unsystematic and imperfect training methods,the very few incentive methods for the employees,and the promotion canal of employees.The road is very narrow.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the reasons for the staff career assessment,the main reason is that the management does not pay attention to the staff career management,the branch career management funds are insufficient,the employees are lack of professional management cognition,the branch management posts are very few,and the staff are very competitive.Therefore,the staff are very competitive.It is very difficult for the job to be promoted.Finally,this article gives the relevant improvement measures,scientifically training the concept of staff career scientific management,classifying management of banking business,formulating the career development road of employees,and actively cultivating professional and complex employees,constructing a diversified training machine for long-term employees,scientific research and discovery of staff training.Demand,establish a comprehensive training system for bank employees,create a positive learning and training atmosphere and environment,innovate and improve the incentive system for the branch staff,provide a competitive salary model,create a fair and fair salary policy system,and build a diversified incentive model.To establish and improve the diversified career development channels of the bank employees and to establish a professional promotion channel for the bank,the staff can also allow the staff to communicate horizontally,and the excellent employees can change to the management position of the same grade,and promote the employees to work harder.Career management can help banks and their employees to integrate closely to achieve the unification of bank development strategy and personal goals.The career management program of ZZXY Bank can stabilize the staff team,attract excellent employees to join the ZZXY Bank,and keep the market competitiveness and continuous profit of the bank.To achieve more economic value.
