The development of High-technology industry is the key to enhance nation’s strategicposition, to raise labor productivity and to upgrade industries. Enterprise is the main body ofinnovation, so the High-technology enterprise is the main body to develop High-technologyindustry and to implement technical innovation. As the important carrier of industrydevelopment, our country’ High-technology enterprise undertakes the important historicalmission.The high-technology enterprise has the superiority which finances, its independentinnovation and the capital market have the benign interaction, has formed company’s corecompetitive power.In this paper,on the base of the summary of the domestic and foreign researchabout present situation of High-technology enterprises independent innovation,through thetheoretical study of independent innovation capacity of High-Technology enterprises and itsinfluence factors, set up multivariate statistical factor analysis model.We measure andcomprehensive evaluation on the independent innovation capacity of High-technologyenterprise in Hebei province based on the latest survey data and a scientific and reasonableevaluation index,then analysis the existing problems and restricting factors of improving theindependent innovation capacity,at last give practical suggestions to enhance independentinnovation capability of High-technology enterprises. This research topic can extend theapplication and field of multivariate statistical analysis of factor analysis model,has somepositive significance to extend theoretical knowledge,and has important realistic significanceto enhance the capability of independent innovation for the High-technology enterprises inour province.
