In recent years, global economic integration sweeps every corner of the world with astrong trend. It has a profound impact on business, bringing new opportunities and challenges.It makes enterprises face a variety of competitive pressures, and in order to obtain profits,companies reduce labor costs. This makes violated the rights of workers violated, laborconflicts and disputes dominance occur. This become very discordant elements of the wholeprocess of social development.In this regard, harmonious labor relations of enterprises isparticularly important, and helps improve business performance and promote socialdevelopment.In this paper, in the context of globalization, from the workers, businesses, governmentsmain starting points explore the ideas and methods to build harmonious labor relations.systems analysis, multidisciplinary, quantitative analysis method are used to research. Firstly,the research background, significance, theoretical study status quo, research ideas andtechnical route, and the main research methods are introduced. Secondly, corporate laborrelations, harmonious labor relations, global economic integration, enterprise labor relationsstrategy selection model was introduced and this lays the foundation for labor relations offurther analysis model building and proposed strategy. Third, be based on the strategy choicemodel analyses external factors harmonious labor relations, and from the discord reasons ofenterprise labor relations, analyzes the feasibility of constructing harmonious labor relations,and be based on the of interests and needs analysis of three main subjects, build a businessblock diagram model of harmonious labor relations, then identify three key factors thatinfluence harmonious labor relations. Fourth, be based on three key factors, constructharmonious labor relations model, model analyses three factors on the impact of laborinterests and the way, and the analysis results of the model were applied. Finally, give advicesabout how to build benefit-sharing mechanism and build harmonious labor relations.
