The Research Of Development Model Of The Leisure Agriculture In Chengdu

Leisure agriculture is a new type of industry that contains agriculture and tourism industry. Developing leisure agriculture can not only enrich the spiritual life of the tourists, but also promote the structural adjustment of the agricultural, driving the development of relevant industries, reduce the countryside surplus labor force and increase the farmers’ income. As a "capital of leisure", the leisure agriculture developed rapidly in recent years of Chengdu, and there are some successful cases: NONG KE CUN and SANSHENG FLOWER TOWN and so on. The twelfth five-year plan of Sichuan and the development strategy of "three circles" of Chengdu provide a new development opportunity for the Leisure agriculture of Chengdu. However, the problems prompt us to think about these questions:what is the development mode of leisure agriculture in Chengdu? Whether it meets the development trends of current environment? How to realize the sustainable development of leisure agriculture of Chengdu and the economic sustainable growth? And these problems are worth to study.The paper extracts four key factors that affecting the development of leisure agriculture are organization, products, management and marketing by KSF method and researchs the development mode of leisure agriculture of in-depth based on the theory that sustainable development theory, agricultural location theory and experience economic theory. According to the leisure agriculture pattern dichotomy: direct and indirect subject models, we select two typical cases that NONG KE CUN and SANSHENG FLOWER TOWN, then analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the two typical cases mode by the method of SWOT. Analysis and comparison between the two models from the four key factors and we also analyze the adaptability of the two models from five aspects that economic conditions, location and traffic conditions, market conditions, resource conditions, agricultural infrastructure conditions. On this basis, we choose and optimize the development model of leisure agriculture for its development in the future, and puts forward related Suggestions. Through the analysis in the preceding part of the text, the paper draws the following conclusions:①Organizational form:It should use the way of government-led and play a role of supervision and administration of collective organization and the advantages that funds, management, technology of the enterprises as auxiliary.②Product form:It should use the composite products form by several business themes and realize the diversification of product form and pay attention to highlight the characteristics of the product.③Management form:There are some advantages that the three can main mutual promotion and mutual restriction and it is beneficial to the improvement of the efficiency in operation when the enterprises and villagers committee and farmers participate jointly in the business of the Leisure agriculture.④Marketing forms:It should give priority to the regional joint marketing form and depend on the scenic spot marketing form. And this form could promote the regional brand image and the individual brand image.
