| Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has made positive efforts and explorations in poverty eradication and made remarkable achievements,winning the reputation of governments and all sectors of society around the world.The idea of "targeted poverty alleviation" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in 2013,as an important guiding ideology for poverty alleviation in China,has realized the transformation of poverty alleviation units from facing area to targeting farmers,and the poverty alleviation work has made breakthroughs with the transformation from "flood irrigation" to "precise drip irrigation".The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China affirmed China's achievements in poverty alleviation and made important arrangements for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,it is necessary to link the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy with poverty alleviation,and promote mutual progress and long-term development.Science and Technology Correspondent Enterprises(STCE)can effectively gather various resources including government,enterprises,universities,science and technology and farmers,which is an important starting point for effectively connecting industrial poverty reduction,entrepreneurship poverty reduction and intellectual poverty reduction.It is also an important way to effectively promote the rural revitalization strategy and improve the quality of targeted poverty alleviation.At present,China's poverty-stricken areas,especially the contiguous poverty-stricken areas,are relatively isolated in transportation and information.They are still at the low end of the agricultural production value chain,with low added value of agricultural products.Information asymmetry exists in supply and demand,and poor households are seriously restricted from getting out of poverty.STCE go deeply impoverished mountainous area to ascend characteristic agricultural product added value through the implementation of the industrial convergence,the social capital embedded in enterprise can obtain more external resources to provide more jobs,enhance the quality of human capital,improve the level of resource development and labour productivity,promote local economic development,achieve the precision of poverty in poor areas.Thus,based on the perspective of social capital and industrial integration,it has important theoretical significance and practical value to analyse Science and Technology Correspondent Enterprises Poverty Reduction(STCEPR)mechanism which is examined empirically by STCE of the Qinba mountains as examples in the key period of China's current targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy intersection implementation.From the double perspective of industry integration and social capital,on the basis of systematic review and analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper builds and analyzes the theoretical framework of STCEPR from the perspective of industry integration and social capital based on the multidimensional theory system of industrial convergence theory,six industrial theory,agricultural multifunctionality theory,social capital theory and enterprises poverty reduction theory.This paper analyses the realistic problems of SCTEPR using Qinba mountains Longnan area of STCE as research case,At the same time constructs the representative index system of industrial integration,social capital and its subdivision dimension using the entropy method and factor analysis.The industrial integration index and social capital index of STCE are measured respectively using Qinba mountains of five provinces and one city 208 STCE survey data.Then this paper proves the effect way and influence mechanism of SCTEPR by the unrelated regression model and structural equation.Based on the perspective of industrial integration and social capital,the existing mechanism of the SCTEPR is optimized in order to provide theoretical support and practical basis for mechanism innovation and system improvement of the SCTEPR in China.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The SCTEPR is mainly analyzed from the three dimensions of helping and driving poverty reduction,industrial income and investment income reduction.In the process of helping and driving poverty reduction,the average number of registered poverty households of sample enterprises helping and driving poverty reduction is 27.71.From the comparison of regional mean values,Chongqing > Henan > Sichuan > Gansu > Shaanxi > Hubei.In the process of industrial income increase and poverty reduction,sample enterprises drive the annual increase of registered poor households with an average of 16,237.98 yuan.From the comparison of regional median,Henan > Sichuan >Chongqing > Shaanxi > Hubei > Gansu;In the poverty reduction of investment income,the average number of the sample enterprises absorbing the poverty alleviation loans of the registered poor households is 9.05.From the comparison of the regional average,Henan > Sichuan > Chongqing > Shaanxi > Hubei >Gansu.(2)The index system of this article are designed more scientific,practical,properly,the entropy value method and factor analysis method are also suitable for the analysis of the sample data.As a whole,the regional ranking of agricultural industry integration index is,Henan > Sichuan > Chongqing > Gansu > Shaanxi > Hubei province,compared with overall average fusion index sample industry can be seen,Henan,Sichuan and Chongqing is higher than the average of the whole sample,Gansu,Shaanxi and Hubei is lower than the overallsample average;The regional ranking of enterprise social capital index is,Sichuan > Henan >Chongqing > Shaanxi > Hubei > Gansu province.The comparison with the average value of the social capital index of the overall sample shows that Sichuan,Henan and Chongqing are higher than the average value of the overall sample,while Shaanxi,Hubei and Gansu are lower than the average value of the overall sample.(3)Based on the perspective of industrial integration,the seemingly irrelevant model is adopted to study the impact mechanism of industrial integration on SCTEPR.Industry integration has a significant positive impact on helping to drive poverty reduction,industry income increase poverty reduction and investment income poverty reduction.The years of entrepreneurship,registered capital and the number of employees have a certain impact on SCTEPR.The influence of the industrial integration index on the various action approaches of the SCTEPR is in turn as follows: helping to drive poverty reduction > industrial income increase poverty reduction > investment income poverty reduction.(4)Based on the perspective of social capital,this paper adopts the seemingly irrelevant model to study the influence mechanism of social capital on SCTEPR.The structural,relational and cognitive social capital of STCE has a significant positive influence to helping to drive poverty reduction,industrial income poverty reduction and investment income poverty reduction.The years of entrepreneurship,registered capital and the number of employees have a certain impact on the STCEPR.Among the influences of corporate social capital on the STCEPR,the influences of various dimensions of social capital on the helping to drive poverty reduction is in turn as follows,cognitive > relational > structure.Among the influences of corporate social capital on the income increase poverty reduction,the influences of various dimensions of social capital on the income increase poverty reduction is in turn as follows,cognitive > structure > relational.Among the influences of corporate social capital on the investment income poverty reduction,the influences of various dimensions of social capital on the investment income poverty reduction is in turn as follows,cognitive >relational > structure.(5)Based on the dual perspectives of industrial integration and social capital,the structural equation model was used to study the incomplete mediating effect of social capital on the impact of industrial integration on SCTEPR.Social capital played an incomplete intermediary effect in the influence of industrial integration on the SCTEPR,and in the total effect transmission of industrial integration on SCTEPR,social capital played an intermediary effect of about 22.34%.There are two main ways to achieve the the STCEPR: one is the direct way to promote the effect of the STCEPR through the agricultural industry integration;the other is the indirect way to promote the effect of the SCTEPR through the enterprise social capital of in the process of agricultural industry integration.(6)Finally,the paper puts forward the general idea of optimizing the mechanism of SCTEPR from the three aspects of channel optimization,service support and guarantee mechanism.Based on the industrial integration and social capital theory,the mechanism of the SCTEPR is optimized respectively in the five aspects of the operation mechanism,cooperation mechanism,interest distribution mechanism,financing mechanism.This paper also puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions from the aspects of innovating the STCE alliance,constructing the STCE interest community,integrating the science and technology think tank of STCE,and establishing the agricultural standard and traceability system of STCE.The theory of industrial integration and social capital are applied to the practice of the SCTEPR in order to provide theoretical support and practical basis for the innovation of the SCTEPR in China and the improvement of service system of agricultural science and technology extension. |
