Research On Transfer Of Rural Collective Construction Land Use In Urbanization Process

As China’s modernization and the constant promotion of the urbanization, the demandfor construction land increase, but because of the shortage of land resources, not through theoccupation of agricultural land, especially farmland to solve urban construction land. Thereis an urgent need for the market circulation of the collective construction. But the reality is,collective construction land transfer is subject to laws, regulations, policies and otherconstraints, resulting in collective construction land circulation disorder exists, and caused aseries of social problems, the normal system of land affected, national, collective and theinterests of the people will be serious damage. At present, the theory of construction landcirculation problems in the process is not a reasonable explanation, but could not put thecorrect advice, research status is obviously behind the practice. Therefore, to improve therural collective construction land transfer system, establishing the right to use the landcirculation system of unity, is not only the needs of rural economic development, andinevitable requirement of the development of socialist market economy.
