With the real estate industry development, real estate enterprises face increasingly fierce market competition, and find that it is hard to make precision marketing on heir products and services. Traditional marketing ways can play a more and more weak role. However, the combination of traditional marketing strategies and modern information technology, i.e. network marketing, as its own advantages plays a unique charm, attracting more and more attention.The article is divided into five parts. The first chapter is divided into the introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article, research content and method. The second chapter first analysis of the real estate marketing and characteristics of network marketing, and then discuss real estate marketing and network marketing combine together for real estate marketing advantage of the enterprise. The third chapter in Hohhot in real estate market as the research object, firstly analysis external macro environment of real estate market of Hohhot, then rely on0471real estate network of Hohhot in real estate market of consumer demand for detailed statistics and analysis. The fourth chapter from two perspective, real estate developers and consumers respectively discuss application of network marketing in real estate marketing and real estate network marketing benefits for them. The fifth chapter is conclusion and outlook of the real estate enterprise implementation of network marketing, as well as the inevitable trend of the real estate network marketing.The Internet is the future of real estate enterprise’s marketing platform, and network marketing to real estate enterprises provides a new operation space. Under network marketing, i.e. precision marketing can help consumers and enterprises to establish a good relationship. At the same time, network marketing will not only affect real estate enterprise products and marketing, but also affect real estate enterprise internal management and operation process.
