Along with the tide of globalization, the process of political and economic globalization and cultural diversity has a rapid development. For economic activity, business activities are among countries, and the procurement, production, logistics, sales and other business links have the integration and the distribution of resources in the global range. It makes the multinational business become the inevitable choice to prompt the enterprise to occupy resources and market advantages and have a development. Thus, a large amount of multinational companies emerge, and become active in the world economic stage by the means such as the investment in the global scope, transforming the distribution of production, expanding market, and providing diversified production and service, and increasingly become the organization carrier of corporate international investment, operation and management and the behavior subject of international market.In recent years, as Chinese comprehensive national strength is increasing and foreign trade demand is constantly expanding, Chinese enterprises get more and more attention of transnational M&A and transnational management. When Chinese enterprises speed up the strategic step of "go abroad", a large amount of outstanding Chinese enterprises join the groups of the multinational business, and look for opportunities of international business in the global scope. But the international road of Chinese enterprises is not a royal road. And among these problems, the biggest trouble of Chinese enterprises is the cultural differences of the enterprise and the management conflicts due to different social structures, national identities, religious beliefs, cultural environment and value concepts of other countries. The existence of the problem brings great challenges to the multinational operation and management of our inland enterprises. Therefore, I do the research of the intercultural conflicts of the multinational enterprise management, to avoid major setbacks in the multinational business due to cultural differences in the management of Chinese enterprises, and make Chinese enterprises successfully get "internationalization" in the background of cross-cultural globalization. In this context, I analyze successful cases of our inland transnational enterprise in cross-cultural management, study how Chinese enterprises properly solve conflicts of the management, Set up unique enterprise culture, and provide guidance and help to a Chinese enterprise which is managed in Germany to solve the problem of intercultural conflicts in a certain country or region.
