As a kind of social phenomena, conflict exists in modern enterprises. The effect of the conflict management will influence the attitudes of employees, and then influence the performance of enterprises and the realization of enterprise goal. Therefore, it is an essential topic to study in business management.The state own large & medium enterprises is the important part for our economy and it plays a key role in our society. In recent years, the internal conflicts increase rapidly, according to its background and characteristics, it is urgent for us to explore effective measures for conflict management. Based on the theory of the modern conflict management and the harmony management, and in view of their practice, this article study on the types, features and sources, and explore the principles and strategy of internal conflicts management in the state own large & medium enterprises, in order to deduce the dysfunctional conflicts and stimulate the constructive conflicts to help the enterprises to survive and develop, maintain the quantity and degree of internal conflicts at an appropriate level, then the enterprise can reduce the friction, manage the internal conflict more scientific and reasonable, raise the efficiency and performance of enterprise and make the business enterprise exist and develop better.This text can be divided into three parts. The first part includes chapter 1 and chapter 2, chapter 1 is introduction, and it introduces the research background and meaning, the domestic and international research condition, writing thought and research method; chapter 2 is an overview of related theories, and it discusses the conflict management theories and harmony manage theories, introducing harmony management theories into conflict management, provide a new way of thinking for effective conflict management. The second part includes chapter 3 and chapter 4, chapter 3 introduces the type and characteristics of the state own large & medium enterprises; chapter 4 analyses the origin of the internal conflict management, study the type, characteristics and origin of the state own large & medium enterprises, and proposed the management principle and strategy pointedly. The third part includes chapter 5 and chapter 6, chapter 5 discuss on the internal conflict's management principle and strategy of the state own large & medium enterprises; Chapter 6 gets the conclusion of the conflict management from some examples, using the conclusion of this text, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for valid conflict management of the enterprise.
