Under the background of economic globalization,transnational operation of enterprises has become an irresistible trend of the contemporary world economy.However,multinational enterprises due to various causes of conflict,the direct consequences is difficult,inefficient management of transnational enterprises increased significantly,and even lead to failure of transnational management of enterprises.Therefore,the study of cross-cultural conflict management has become a difficult problem to be solved.Is conducive to the identification of cross cultural differences in multinational enterprises solve cross-cultural conflict management problems,put forward effective countermeasures of cross-cultural conflict management,enhance the management ability of intercultural conflict management,and can make managers better understand cross-cultural differences,to help them survive better in transnational enterprises.Research by summing up the cross cultural conflict management of enterprise at home and abroad,Hofstede's cultural dimension theory,Habermas' s communicative behavior theory and Samuel Huntington's clash of civilizations theory as the theoretical basis,try to define the cross-cultural conflict of enterprises from the perspective of management philosophy.From the perspective of Chinese and Western culture,this paper analyzes the manifestations and main features of cross-cultural conflicts,and illustrates the positive and negative effects of cross-cultural conflicts.Then,it analyzes the causes of cross cultural conflict at the national level from the aspects of Chinese and Western management concepts,management ideas,management values and ways of thinking;From the aspects of interest orientation,power orientation,risk consciousness orientation and career planning orientation,the causes of cross cultural conflict organization level are analyzed;From individual personality,individual values,individual roles and communication among individuals,this paper analyzes the causes of the formation of inter cultural conflicts at the individual level.The cross-cultural conflict management is regarded as a dynamic process,and the strategy choice of cross culture conflict management is put forward.Through the successful cases of transnational operation of Haier America,describes the management philosophy of transnational business of Haier,Haier America cross cultural conflict forms,causes and countermeasures,has certain significance in cross-cultural conflict management of multinational enterprises.
