In recent years, as a production of information and network, online shoppingwhich is a new life style gradually infiltrate into the network user’s life and work. In2012, China’s online shopping market transaction scale up to130billions, growth of66.2%compared with the previous year and account for the total retail sales of socialconsumer goods6.2%. At the same time, the number of network shopping user scaleup to2.4million. The network shopping showed very good growth momentum. Underthe circumstance, technologies related to electronic commerce information flow andcapital flow have made rapid development, logistics technology develop slow becomehe largest obstacles of network shoppingUnder the mixed market background, as the main body of online shoppingmarket, e-commerce enterprise want to obtain the enterprise rapid development haveto consider how to solve the online shopping delivery "last kilometer" problem.Different e-commerce enterprise needs different logistics decision. The logisticsdistribution mode selection is the first problem. On the base of large number anddepth theoretical study, this paper research the problem that online shoppingenterprise how to select logistics distribution mode. It aims to provide a reference forour online shopping companies select the logistics distribution mode.The first and second chapter of this paper is the theoretical basis of part includingresearch background, significance theoretical overview and so on. The third and forthchapter is the main part. First it analyzes the development situation of our country’se-commerce enterprise logistics distribution and indicates the survival problem, forexample, high logistics cost, low level of logistics distribution.shortage of logisticstalent and so on. Secondly it researches the logistics distribution model of ourcountry’s e-commerce enterprise (self-built and self-operate logistics distributionmodel, third party logistics distribution model and joint logistics distribution model).It elaborates the advantage and disadvantage of this three logistics distribution model.Thirdly, combine with the situation of online shopping logistics distribution, this partof paper study the qualitative decision-making and quantitative decision-makingmethods of select logistics distribution model. It uses method of matrix decision,hierarchy process and multi-objective decision-making. The fifth and sixth chapter is the part of summary. It proposes number of policy measure to support thedevelopment of online shopping logistics distribution. Last some problems whichneed to be addressed are indicated, at the same times, outlook the prosperity future ofe-commerce enterprise logistics distribution.
