By entering a new era of E-economy, online shopping, the new form of shopping, is developing rapidly in China. Moreover, it represents the future of consumption patterns. However, with the increasing of online shopping business, returning of goods happens frequently. The development of online shopping is, however, restricted seriously by the confusion of existing return logistics mode.the differences of processing time on dealing with the returns, the disorder of the return process, and the problems of how to share the fee about returning. On the one hand, the timely return and the correct treatment can improve the overall operational efficiency, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises or individual; On the other hand, good return services can attract more consumers and enhance the loyalty of existing customer. However, the vast majority of businesses or individuals engaged in online shopping business do not pay much attention on the return logistics management. The confusion of return logistics mode makes the return process unreasonable, the customer satisfaction descending. So, the return logistics of online shopping will be the new development and the important research area of E-commerce in the future.And, this paper carried out a study of return logistics for online shopping environment.This paper studies based on the return logistics in E-commerce, and the theory about return logistics. By analyzing the processes of the return logistics in the online shopping environment and the problems from the online shopping environment, this paper proposes a reasonable solution which is combined with the theories and methods of logistics management the reason for the return logistics, models, and the characteristics to the returning logistics, and improves the process of the returning logistics and finally illustrates the effect of the solution by an actual case. These countermeasures and the method of the improvement on the returning logistics method, to some extent, helps businesses and individuals solve the problem of the return logistics. Moreover it will contribute to the further development of the entire E-commerce industry, and improve the level of service to meet the changing needs of the consumers for online shopping. |
