New Generation Urbanization Of Migrant Workers Research Problem-in Shenzhen As An Example

The development of the history of the modern Chinese migrant workers in thesocial crowd, this is history and the rest of the world never appeared phenomenon,they made a great contribution to the development of China’s modernization. However,after they completed the conversion of the occupation and place of residence, socialstatus did not deserve the conversion, as the lack of social respect for migrant workersdid not enjoy the social treatment of industrial workers to enjoy. According to the lawof development of human society, a country always developed from an agriculturalcountry to an industrial country, and then you can develop into a modern state. Andthis process is based on the logo of the agricultural population in the proportion of thenational population. The agricultural population gradually converted to urbanresidents marked the modern state to enhance the level and gradually complete thecountry from an agricultural country to industrial countries. How can we have such achild thousand years of history, small-scale deep-rooted notions agricultural countryconverted into a modern industrial power, accounted for two-thirds of the country’stotal population of half of the farmers to change their identity to become public, andlived the city life, placed in front of our party and government a major and pressingproblem. Thus, the smooth realization of the project of the people of migrant workersis the necessary condition and the key to our country from an agricultural country tomodern country, by this, the people of migrant workers as a research topic.In this study, the use of empirical research methods, investigation and analysis ofthe new generation of migrant workers in Shenzhen survival of the state. Field surveybased on the new generation of migrant workers living conditions, working conditionsand development, such as housing, living, employment, income, health status,combined with the level of public process to analyze and evaluate. Method ofqualitative analysis to determine the major constraint to the problems of the newgeneration of people of migrant workers, to put forward countermeasures andsuggestions on this basis, to promote the new generation of migrant workers inShenzhen and the public process. The main contents are as follows:First, a field survey on the living conditions of migrant workers in Shenzhen isunderstood that the analysis of the living conditions of migrant workers and some ofthe challenges in this context.Second, to explore the existing problems in the process of people of migrant workers, mainly from the household registration system, social security, children’seducation, vocational training and marriage aspects for analysis.Third, the proposed new generation of people of migrant workers to promotecountermeasures and suggestions.
