Social entrepreneurship ecosystem, recognized as the social innovation systemconsisted of ecological populations like dominant social enterprise and nonprofitorganization, is linked to social responsibility, based on coexistence and aimed atresource complementation. The ecosystem possesses such significant characteristics associal value-oriented, mutualism and collaborative development. As the important partof social management innovation, social entrepreneurship ecosystem has the ability toexpand the living space for social enterprise, add social value creation, reduce the costand risk of social enterprise, as well as to make the provider of social management andwelfare diverse. But in practice, social entrepreneurship ecosystem is just about toemerge. The effect has not been fully exerted. It’s of vital importance for the coredominant social enterprise to select proper, competitive and compatible partners toform key group. This relates not only to the operating performance and success ofsocial entrepreneurship ecosystem but also to the function of the whole ecosystem.Thus, it’s of theoretical and practical significance to research on the partner selectionof dominant social enterprise in social entrepreneurship ecosystem.This paper analyzed the mechanism of social enterprises’ partner selection afterthe brief introduction of the theories of ecological niche, symbiosis, resourcedependency and social capital and a systematic research review. This paper analyzedthe distinguishing features including social value-oriented and the dominantadvantages like interagency links within system of social entrepreneurship ecosystemwhich were consisted of entrepreneurship ecological communities and supportingenvironment. The ecosystem was operating following the mechanism such as resourceintegration and mutualistic symbiosis. Based on symbiosis theory, we analyzed thesymbiosis effect between dominant social enterprise and other subject after making acooperative game using Shapley. Then the paper proposed that choosing nonprofitpartners should take synergy and sustainable development capacity into account. Asfor choosing commercial partners, compatibility, social benefit and managementability shouldn’t be ignored. Then, we used the questionnaire to quantify the degree ofidentification and correlation. Based on the work above, we got two sets of partnerselection evaluation index system which were consisted separated by4first-level,16second-level and5first-level,19second-level indicators for social enterprise to selectpartners like nonprofit organization and commercial enterprise. To verify the feasibility of the evaluation index system, we took C group in S city as the evaluationsubject. We used AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to conduct the applied research.This would not only help C group determine the selection order in prior and find itsbest partner but also verify the rationality and scientificity of the evaluation indexsystem constructed.Ultimately, this paper also briefly summarized the main conclusion, innovativepoints and the limitations as well as the directions for further study.
