With the arrival of information era and knowledge society, people ’s requirementfor the life quality is more and more high, so culture has gained more and moreattention from governments, in order to expand their cultural influence, manycountries constantly take different approach, then cultural trade has become aimportant territory of national cultural competition. Our country’s cultural industry isstill in the initial stage and develop slowly, though our country’s cultural trademaintain a rising trend, but there are a series of problems, so we research ourcountry’s cultural trade and promote policy suggestions is very important.This paper is based on three big background,that is economicglobalization,financial crisis and the important period of " Twelfth Five-YearPlan",in view of the significance of theory and practice about the study of culturaltrade, this paper research the influence factors of our country’s cultural trade. Firstlythis paper introduce different country and organization’s definition of culturalindustries and cultural trade, then use of UNESCO’s cultural trade definition collectdata, and detaily analysis Chinese、British and American’s cultural trade currentsituation. In order to conduct theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper thenintroduce the theory of international cultural trade, and then using the cultural tradetheory analysis the factors of China’s cultural trade,that including cultural industry,technology, scale of economy, population, geographic and cultural distance. For themeasurement of China’s cultural trade main effect factors, this paper also introducesthe gravity model, and select the appropriate variables to construct China’s culturaltrade gravity model, then use the gravity model of Chinese cultural industry conductrandom regression and mixed regression, through screening, test of screening modeand correct it, and then build generalized linear regression model of China’s culturaltrade and analysis this model,this paper discover that our country’s GDP, tradingpartners’ GDP, geographic distance, Internet usage, whether to belong to the APEChas a positive impact in culture of China’s export, GDP of our country average percapita, trading partners’ per capita GDP, exchange rate, trade terms, land area, culturaldistance, whether the use of a common language and culture of our country exporthave negative correlation, regression’s results basicly in line with the expectation.Finally, through theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper forward some related policy and provide recommendations for promoting China’s cultural trade.
