Since 21st century, the cultural industry has gradually become the mainstream form of the world economy, the level of development of cultural industry has become an important indicator of a country's level of industrial development. The cultural industry, a representative of knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive, needs industrial agglomeration urgently to enhance the diffusion effect and external effect. The atmosphere of innovation cannot be separated from knowledge agglomeration that will enhance the degree of industrial agglomeration. Therefore, in the domestic market, it is an effective way to develop cultural industry by industrial agglomeration. Globally, the influence of the cultural market in the economy has been growing continuously so that the cultural trade has become the focus of national competition. In this article, cultural industry and cultural trade will be combined, which may provide policy advices for the development of China's cultural agglomeration and cultural industry.In this article, a brief overview of China's cultural industry development and the interaction between cultural industry agglomeration and foreign trade would be brought in the beginning. Then, the location quotient an industry concentration would be selected, the degree of cultural industry agglomeration and variation in various provinces and industries would be estimated by area dimension and industry dimension. Secondly, the article would provide a descriptive analysis of china's cultural trade from product trade aspect as well as service trade. According to the method of trade competitiveness, the competitiveness TC index of China's cultural industry will be calculated. Based on the index calculation, the regression equation, which takes the cultural industrial agglomeration index and cultural index as factors, will be constructed. From unit root test, cointegration test and error correction model, it shows the relationship between these two factors. In this process, the studies have shown that the development of cultural industrial agglomeration contributes to the foreign trade development in cultural industry, which means that there is a positive relationship between the two factors. However, the degree of cultural industrial agglomeration has a weak even negative effect on the growth of cultural service trade. Subsequently, a quantitative analysis of various sub-sectors in cultural industry would be done. The results show that there is a positive relationship between the cultural agglomeration in advertising industry and broadcasters industry and foreign trade, while in the book publishing and arts performing industry, the industrial agglomeration's positive effect is gradually reduced and even turns to become negative.Finally put forward the optimised corresponding recommendations according to the results of the empirical analysis, hope to make theoretical support and operation way of thinking of cultural industry in the future, in order to realize the benign interaction of cultural industry cluster and trade in our country, further to promote the level of the coordinated development of cultural industry in China.
