In the economic globalization time, enterprises want to obtain advantage andleading position in the fierce competition, which requires companies to recreate thecapability systems adapting to dynamic changes in the market. However, a commonphenomenon is rising, that the competitive advantage of enterprises based on its ownresources and abilities are breaking. It is in this context, more and more scholarsbegan to conduct the relevant dynamic capabilities research, previous studies showedthat there are many factors affecting dynamic capabilities, and the path of ascension isnot the same. This paper is based on enhancing dynamic capabilities to this basicpremise, from the perspective of entrepreneurial orientation of the relevant research.According to the theory of strategic entrepreneurship and resource dependence,this paper introduced the definition, connotation, measurement influencing factorsand characteristics of entrepreneurial orientation and dynamic capabilities based ongeneralize the literatures, elaborates the background, definition, meaning, impactvariables and characteristics, analyzes impact mechanism of entrepreneurialorientation on dynamic capabilities and the mechanism of organization learning in theprocess, and thereby creates the impact mechanism model of entrepreneurialorientation on dynamic capabilities with organization learning as the intermediaryvariable, then adopts theoretical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis,variance analysis and structural equation modeling analysis to empirical analyzes thedata of152enterprises with different regions, industries, and natures. The results ofstatistical analysis show that: the reliability and validity of scales are standardscompliant; there are non-significantly affect in background variables of the number ofemployees and the nature of enterprise property rights on the differences of threeindependent variables, and the type of industry on the differences of the independentvariables, except the risk taking and learning promise; there is a significantly positiveimpact in entrepreneurial orientation on dynamic capabilities; organization learning isthe intermediary variable of the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on dynamiccapabilities.Based on the results, this paper proposes some management recommendations asfollows: enterprises should strive to improve entrepreneurial orientation, continuousinnovation, and take the risks and lead action to deal with dynamic environment change, to contribute to develop the capabilities of opportunities identification, thento promote the organizational dynamics, also should fully attach importance to buildorganizational learning mechanism, and ensure that knowledge keeps continuallyupdated, so as to promote the formation and enhancement of the organization’sdynamic capabilities.
