With the changes in the external market environment and the companygrowing demand, the company has to reexamine its strategy and make correspondingadjustment in time. Moreover, it has to identify its strategic position and figure outways of implementation for the next phase as soon as possible. Only in this way can itcope with the complicated business environment and realize sustainable development.Based on the theory of modern strategic management, this thesis tries to analyzeand solve the problem that Yongda Industries Co.,Ltd will face from the strategicperspective.To begin with, the SWOT model are summarized summary of thecompany is facing external opportunities and threats, within the company has theadvantage and disadvantages of different combinations of these four dimensionssummed up several strategic direction of the company, and these types of strategicdirection from the applicability of practicalthe sexual angle compared to determinethe overall strategic direction of the company, and the clear strategic positioning andstrategic initiatives.
