China’s foreign trade in recent years as the deepening of reform and accelerate thegrowing trend of economic globalization, the survival of state-owned foreign trade enterprisesare facing significant changes in the environment is gradually, more and more difficultcompetitive situation, increasing pressure on business, corporate strategic transformationrequirements are more urgent. Paper describes the transformation of state-owned foreign tradeenterprises in strategic management theory, analysis of the strategic restructuring ofstate-owned foreign trade enterprises should follow the basic theories and methods,state-owned foreign trade enterprises should come to strategic management theory to guidethe implementation of the strategic conclusions. By summing up the relevant practicalexperience and academic research, combined with the actual situation at the present stage ofstate-owned foreign trade enterprises, made a strategic transformation of state-owned foreigntrade enterprises in several models available for reference to: professional service-orientedmodel, industrial patterns, integrated trading model, cross-border company model, etc., andthe adaptability of the model analysis and comparison.Articles in QG research study object as a foreign trade company, the company’s internaland external environment, SWOT analysis of the current situation, identify the competition inforeign trade companies QG strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, foreign tradecompanies for the strategic transformation QG choose the direction, in the "business modelre-, organization and change, institutional innovation, and build a new management system,"the reform of the implementation of the strategic transformation, on the basis of the abovework, the state-owned foreign trade enterprises of China’s strategic transformationrecommendations: In the market, policy and the context of complex and changingenvironment, through the "centralized management, specialized business, industry chaincollaboration," the transformation of the implementation, reshape the state-owned foreigntrade advantages and core competitiveness.
