Because of the14jumping events in Foxconn from January23,2010to November5,2010, the community has become increasingly concerned about the new generation of employees. The new generation of knowledge staff is the main force of the current and future social workplace, how to manage the new generation of knowledge employees to be the key to sustainable development of the modern enterprise, Therefore, studing them is particularly important and necessary. While the new generation of knowledge workers, work motivation, job satisfaction and job performance is a hot research, although in recent years the topic has aroused extensive attention of scholars, but previous studies did not comprehensively research the new generation of knowledge workers, work motivation, job satisfaction, job performance, but also do not have a lot of empirical research.This article divides work motivation into six dimensions, divides job performance into three dimensions, divides job satisfaction into four dimensions, introducing the variable of job satisfaction comprehensively study the impact of motivation on work performance. Work motivation and job satisfaction are independent variables, Job performance is dependent variable. Using SPSS17.0statistical software for the corresponding sample descriptive statistics, factor analysis, difference testing, correlation analysis, regression analysis, specifically discussed the impact of work motivation, job satisfaction, and job performance of new generation of knowledge workers.The main conclusions of this article include:work motivation is made up of six dimensions, they are others certainly motivation, challenges motivation, hobbies motivation, promotion motivation and growth motivation, self-expression and reward motives; job satisfaction is made up of four dimensions, they are remuneration, promotion and the work itself, performance evaluation and work environment, leaders, the satisfaction of their colleagues; job performance is made up of three dimensions, they are interpersonal performance, the performance of adaptation and efforts performance, task performance. Work motivation, job satisfaction and job performance have a positive relationship between them. In addition, work motivation and job satisfaction influence job performance at the same time. Finally, according to research findings, theoretical knowledge and practical experiences put forward management measures.
