With the rapid development of society,the new generation after 1980 s and 1990 s is constantly growing and now they figure can be seen everywhere in the workplace can be said to take them as representative of the generation of employees is entering the workplace,became one of the main force. Since its birth till now they experienced market,globalization and information wave,due to their growth environment and there is a big difference between they and previous generation,this causes them in the workplace has formed the unique values,so the enterprise how to carries on the effective management of a new era of new generation employees is a major problem to be solved.In recent years,due to the proportion of new generation employees in the enterprise is increasing, enterprise human resource management’s core mission is to study how to effectively improve employee work values and satisfaction of the new generation. Work values is individual work in different values of specific performance each individual in the workplace on a unique attitudes and perceptions of their career,which has a close relationship with values in our life,and it is included in your personal value system. Work satisfaction is employees’ response towards one or several factors related to work,such as the condition of employees working environment,salary, interpersonal relationship and organizational justice. The stand or fall of these factors change will affect employee at any time on their job satisfaction.The thesis discusses the related factors that would affect the new generation employees’ work value and work satisfaction with related research methods. Then, designed questionnaire on the basis of the literature’s analysis, after analysis the survey data, and to explore the influence of the new generation of employees work values and job satisfaction factors as well as the correlation.
