Since the 21 st century,the world's rapid economic development,the pressure in the enterprise appear more frequently,especially with the development of new things,new knowledge,employees are required to master more skills enterprise,because the key to survival and development is the talent of the enterprise.Especially those born after 80,people enjoy higher education,they are now,or are on their way into the workplace,they also slowly became a mainstay enterprise,if can better management of this kind of person,very beneficial to the good development of the enterprise.At present,in the enterprise the study of job stress,satisfaction and performance,are the academic focus on exploration areas.At the same time,when different people take success and failure attribution of different elements,the performance also has a great influence on him.For above involved the study of relationship between them,normally ordinary employees are selected by enterprises,this article selects the object is a new generation of knowledge workers,from the work pressure,satisfaction and performance of these three variables,this paper on the targeted analysis,and then get some behavior characteristics of this group,and the three variables in the act of a specific group of relations.The maturity scale,this paper,the research method mainly questionnaire,send questionnaire 300,back to 276,statistics after effective questionnaire 256,then analyses the questionnaire and supplemented by SPSS17.0statistical software.Start with descriptive statistics to analyze the basic characteristic of the variable,the second factor analysis to test the effectiveness of the various factors and correlation,the correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore whether have significant effect,between variables affecting Cenozoic knowledge-type employees work performance is the most obvious factor,and then puts forward some representative for this special group.This paper studies the main content is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part.Mainly in this paper,the background,significance,general ideas and framework,the main content of this paper and the main method and thought of goals and innovation points.The second chapter is literature review.Mainly includes the concept and characters of the object of study;Literature review of three variables and the correlation between variables were reviewed.The third chapter research design and research hypothesis.Including thedefinition of the object of study;Assuming that the theoretical model of building.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the data and results.Including the three variables scale preparation;Survey of the selected samples;Three variables of descriptive statistics,letter validity analysis,correlation and regression analysis.The fifth chapter is the conclusion we and some prospects.
