This article is mainly aimed to explore the fast-food chain corporation in the currenteconomic situation and development trend, as well as the face of market changes,combined with the development trend of organizational structure and related researchtheory and practical lessons learned. For fast-food chain industry characteristics, what kindof organizational structure is more suitable for the current and future trends. In this paper,TY company, for example, TY companies to enter the Chinese fast-food chain as a newmarket, companies need to develop according to its own strategy, organizational structureis designed to do, and according to the existing problems make the appropriateadjustments.This paper mainly discusses the following aspects:1An elaborate theory of management scientists study the organizational structure, as wellas the development trend of the future organizational structure and organizational designprinciples and methods.2Chinese restaurant chain status and development, with the five forces competitive modelto analyze the Chinese fast-food chain corporation in the face of market environment.In the current economic situation, TY company’s existing organizational structure of theproblem. Article will analyze the reasons of these problems. Presented as new entrants tothe market development strategies adopted, and in accordance with corporate strategy, andthe challenges and opportunities, TY company’s organizational structure adjustmentstrategy3combines fast-food chain industry TY companies face competitive situation, made arapid development strategy. Organizational restructuring of the company should follow inorder to operate efficiently stores as a priority strategy; personnel to organize, enhanceorganizational capacity-based strategies; and headquarters can quickly adapt to change andflexible strategies.Finally, based on the above strategy proposed organizational structure TY company’sorganizational structure design and implementation. In this paper, TY companies, for example, aims to organize the structure of therelevant concepts and theory development, combined with the characteristics of China’sfast food industry, from the perspective of the organizational structure to analyze thefast-food chain industry’s organizational structure, organization and operation should beconsidered.But also hope this study can take some reference for catering chain enterprises ondomestic reforms in the organizational structure, organizational processes, andorganization and operation efficiency.
