Research Binzhou City Foreshore Development Issues And Trade Development Of The Yellow River At The Background

The State Council officially approved the "Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic ZoneDevelopment Plan" officially on November23,2009. This is an important strategic plan that the nation focuson the regional economic development of the overall station, which marks the exploration of the Yellow RiverDelta entering into the national strategic level formally, and the regional development of Shandong Provinceentering a new historical period. Bin cheng district of Binzhou city is located in the intersection of Bohai seaeconomic circle and the Yellow River economic belt, and also is the combination of two big economic zones--the Shandong Peninsula and Tianjin Binhai New Area. It occupies an important position in "one body twowings" regional planning of Shandong province. Being the key construction surrounding city of establishingthe Jinan city circle core economic synthesis and the key area of constructing the Yellow River economicdemonstration district, it has many advantages in opening wider to the outside world. With the deepdevelopment of economic internationalization and China’s opening up strategy, the great developmentopportunity of this area is coming. To accelerate the Bincheng building under the Yellow River Delta backdrop,we must constantly improve the level of opening up and the level of the expansion of opening up throughoutthe whole process of development and construction. Through the expansion of open and actively undertakinginternational and domestic industry transfer, enlarging the greater scale development of foreign trade,extending larger participation in the international division of labor and cooperation, and connection with theprevailing rules of domestic and international standards in ideas, management system, operation mechanismand other aspects, we strive to make Bincheng become the highlights of the Yellow River Delta opendevelopment economy, and continuously improve the construction under the Yellow River Delta developmentbackground.The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter analyzes the background, purpose andsignificance of the Bincheng economy and trade development research, teases the research status of this sort,and illustrates the research methods and ideas of this thesis. In the second chapter, the government functionand the development of economy and trade are discussed, including the functions of the government, localgovernment economic functions and the status, effect and problems of local government in the economic andtrade development. The third chapter discusses the current situation of Bincheng economy and trade, includingthe advantages of Bincheng economic development such as excellent location, rich resources, mature leadingindustry, a strong cultural and historical atmosphere and policy advantages. Meanwhile we teases thedisadvantages, including the existing of land and funding constraints, fewer large projects to attract foreigninvestment, trade and economic development of the environment needs to be improved as well as fighting eachother is difficult to form a joint force. In this chapter, we also analyze the development opportunities andsevere challenges that Bincheng economic development is facing. The forth chapter make a strategic plan ofexploring the trade and economic of this area, including the general idea, the basic principles, priorities, etc.,and propose suggestions on how to achieve this goal. Specific recommendations include focusing on structuraladjustment, transformation of foreign trade growth mode; optimize the structure of foreign investment;innovation projects settled way; enhance the "going out" strategy position; growth area development create new advantages and so on.
