A Study On Specialization Of China’s Bancassurance

Since1990s, the bancassurance has developed more than ten years in our country. With the scale constantly expanding, the bancassurance has become one of the three pillars of China’s insurance market. In recent years, the deeper issues of bancassurance highlighted as the internal and external factors, arousing widespread social concern. For this, the World Bank in2010put forward the proposal to commercial Banks in the China’s insurance sector assessment planning technical file, that commercial Banks should set up the specialized insurance intermediary institution to sale insurance products. It puts forward a new solution for China’s bancassurance deep-seated contradictions. The bancassurance specialization has thus become another mode selection of bancassurance development in our country. Therefore, straightening out the China’s bancassurance development course, confirming the essence of the bancassurance specialization, analyzing the necessity and the possibility of developing bancassurance specialization in our country, summarizing the practical experiences of bancassurance specialization in developed regions, finding a suitable developing path for China’s bancassurance specialization, has important theoretical and realistic significance to healthy development of China’s bancassurance.And, in the perspective of commercial Banks to study the bancassurance specialization development in our country also has practical significance. This article is divided into five chapters, main content as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly plays a role of opening. It introduces the background and significance of the topics election. It also introduces the literature revise and main idea, methods, innovation and deficiency of this paper.The second chapter first reviews the bancassurance development course in our country. It divides whole bancassurance development course into six stages, and elaborates each development stage. After that, this paper analyzes the existing problems of China’s bancassurance.The third chapter mainly clarifies the connotation of bancassurance specialization, expounds the essence and four forms of; after that, this paper discusses the inevitability and probability of developing bancassurance specialization in our country.The fourth chapter first analyzes the practical exploration of Taiwan’s bancassurance specialization, then puts forward four development experience, which is worthy of reference. It also analyzes the exploring experience of bancassurance specialization in our country.The fifth chapter explores the implementation path of China’s bancassurance specialization, and discusses the way and suggestions of bancassurance specialization reform.The Sixth chapter is epilogue. It summarizes the research ideas, contents and conclusions of this paper.This paper has two innovations. First, this paper chooses a new research perspective; Secondly, the reform methods this article proposed are more feasibility.
