Research On Bancassurance Business Development Of Commercial Banks

In recent years,cooperation between banks and insurance companies has become a financial sector to increase income,which is one of the important channels to increase revenue.In this paper,basing on comprehensive analysis of the development status of the cooperation between banks and insurance companies of A Bank Zibo branch,to find out the specific problems and reasons of its bancassurance business via scientific analysis method.And then put forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for its business development.It can provide reasonable help for the A Bank Zibo branch to carry out bancassurance business and bank prosperous development.The main content of this paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is an introduction,mainly describes the research background,research purposes and significance,domestic and foreign literature review,the content of this study,methods and ideas.The second part is the overview of bancassurance development.It mainly defines the conception of Bancassurance,analyzes its cooperation mode,the development experience and related enlightenment of Bancassurance in western countries,which laid a foundation for the study.The third part is the current situation of bancassurance development in A Bank Zibo branch,mainly about the basic situation of A Bank Zibo branch,analyzes the current situation and the external development environment of bancassurance development.On that basis,to make SWOT analysis of its Bancassurance,which figure out the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threaten.The fourth part is the evaluation and analysis of Bancassurance in A Bank Zibo branch,mainly puts forward some suggestions on about how to strengthen the cooperation between banks and insurance companies,optimize the Bancassurance products structure and the safeguard measure about human resources,enterprise culture and technological innovation.
