The Research On The Evaluation Of The Industrial Land Efficiency Of DD Port In Dalian

As the special policy of our country’s reform and opening up, development zone hasplayed an important role in the process of national economic take-off, but because of theperiodic " development zone zone", it has been criticized by waste of land resources.However our country’s development zone has sat up for only30years, in view of thedevelopment zone land use have certain research foundation, as China’s economic openingto the outside world and reform pilot area, despite all kinds of development zone’s functionorientation is not the same, but in the development zone is basically formed a distinctiveindustrial concentration area. Dalian DD Port internal digital manufacturing industrial park,chip industry park, biological medicine industrial park has begun to take shape,photoelectric industrial park and IT industrial park are at primary stage, there are hugepotential for development the spare part. The industrial concentration area is the largestland in the development zone, for this type of the land intensive utilization is of importanttheoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the main content is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction and the second chapter is the DD Port industrydevelopment present situation. The first chapter mainly from the research background andsignificance of this article, based on the status of land intensive utilization research athome and abroad was reviewed, and provided a very brief introduction of the researchcontents and technical route. This chapter introduced the basic concept, theoreticalfoundation and the influencing factors of intensive utilization of land, etc. The secondchapter through the analysis of the DD Port enterprise development present situation, getDD Port enterprise distribution and degree of agglomeration of industrial clusterdevelopment situation, and summarized characteristics and problems of the DD Portindustry cluster. The above two chapters for this article research laid the practical andtheoretical basis for this paper.Chapter3industrial land use efficiency evaluation idea and method of DD Port. Thischapter is to set the industry land use efficiency index selection principle, DD Portefficiency index theory model and the basic model is set up, and on this basis to determinethe ideal value of DD Port indexes. Chapter4DD Port industry land use efficiency evaluation. By setting basicclassification principles of land units, through the base map and the data preparation,determining land use efficiency evaluation of DD Port industry "homogeneous" plot unit,this paper used the DD Port evaluation model, which was established in the third chapter,to calculate the port "homogeneous" plot unit, all kinds of industrial park, comprehensiveutilization efficiency of the same kind of industry land, and the calculating results foranalysis. Found that besides of parts "homogeneous" unit of land use efficiency is higher,the rest of the land use efficiency is basically average or low use efficiency, land formanufacturing industry is of high efficiency, the types of industrial land use are relativelylowChapter5the land intensive use measures to DD Port industrial concentration zone.This paper putted forward measures and suggestions to improving the level of landintensive utilization and potential of DD port industrial concentration area.
