And at this time, based on thecross-strait agricultural cooperation, explore the development of leisure agriculture in Ping tan, itplays an important role in the development of the Pingtan’s whole level.Taking Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area of Fujian province as the research object,the paper through the induction summary method, data analysis, interview method, empiricalanalysis and other methods, takes depth thinking in support policy that the nation, Fujian province,Pingtan county has put on Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area, and studies the relations ofthe mutualism of the cross-strait agricultural cooperation. And at the same time, the paper seizesthe opportunity for agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, analyzing the presentsituation of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, agricultural development presentsituation of Comprehensive Experimental Area and the leisure agriculture development.The results show that the agriculture in Pingtan is in advantageous natural conditions, it hasunique island scenery, beautiful scenery and rich ecological environment resources. Now thedevelopment of the leisure agriculture in Pingtan is at an early stage, and with the continuousdevelopment of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, the advantage of agriculturewill be more and more prominent in Pingtan. However, there are still some difficulties andproblems in the process of leisure agriculture development, the main problems are as follows: lackof the scientific and reasonable planning and management; development form of Leisureagriculture has just a single function and it is lack of features; poor infrastructure, lack of scientificand technical support; relative lack of the professional team and talent; supply and demandimbalance; business interests dense cover rural farm flavor; brand awareness is weak, it’s unableto make full use of the advantages of brand management. Base on these, the author puts forwardthe following strategy to promote the leisure agriculture development of Pingtan ComprehensiveExperimental Area at the background that strengthen agricultural cooperation between Fujian andTaiwan: grasp the main line called “Give priority to agriculture, leisure is complementary ",establish the island leisure agriculture brand area; pay attention to ecological protection andsustainable development in the development process, reasonably use the scientific method of themarketing to design the tourist products, clear the target tourist market; integrate the existingresources, make the district as a benign ecological agriculture system, develop a leisuresightseeing and experience agriculture zone with more functions,such as a new type of planting,leisure keeps in good health, the agricultural technology research.
