Research On Cooperation Of Leisure Agriculture Between Fujian And Taiwan

Leisure agriculture is a kind of cross-industry that developed from the basis of traditional agriculture and was combined with modern tourism industry. It's a new approach for the development of agriculture, a new field for the development of tourism industry and it plays an important role on the development of agriculture and country economy. After more than ten years of developing, leisure agriculture in Taiwan has formed a large scale with its own characteristics and has much successful experience to learn. But due to the limit of the space in Taiwan and the influences of politics and economy, modern producing elements of agriculture such as capital and technology begin to move out of Taiwan to find new space for development. Leisure agriculture in Fujian is just in the beginning period and faces the problems of low technology and scarcity of capital. Fujan needs to learn successful experience from Taiwan and attract businessmen from Taiwan to invest on leisure agriculture in Fujian. The abundance of such producing elements as land and work force has strongly attracted Taiwan businessmen to invest on the cooperation items of leisure agriculture in Fujian. This means the cooperation and communication between Fujian and Taiwan have come into a new moment and we should consider how to expedite the cooperation of leisure agriculture between Fujian and Taiwan.In the thesis, the writer mainly uses the method of historical analysis to investigate the background and developing process of leisure agriculture in Fujian and Taiwan, uses the method of comparison and diagram to analyze the difference of resource factors, the differences of the efficiency of collocating resources and the differences of developing period of leisure agriculture in Fujian and Taiwan. The writer also uses combined method of criterion and demonstration to discuss the possibility, necessity and dependence of leisure agriculture cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and concludes that this kind of cooperation can optimize the resources collocation among Fujian and Taiwan area and improve the welfare level of both sides. On the basis of the above analysis, the writer put forward a series of countermeasures from macro-aspects of government and micro-aspects of enterprise for references of decision-making departments.
