| On the basis of research and analysis of the development of performance management, in combination with experience in the employment allocation system reform promoted by tobacco industry as well as the actual situations of performance management launched by Zhanjiang Tobacco Company (hereinafter referred to as " Zhanjiang Tobacco"), this article analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of Zhanjiang Tobacco, and further brings up analysis for the necessity of further improvement and perfection. On the basis of above research, the system of performance management of Zhanjiang Tobacco is restructured and optimized, the aim, basic principle, main contents and system framework of performance management system are introduced in details, and in-depth research has been done to main problems, process optimization and measures which need to be solved by Zhanjiang Tobacco in the implementation of performance management system. Through the optimization of performance management system, Zhanjiang Tobacco has formed a new system with scientific process, perfect system, reasonable indicators and multiple methods of innovation, which is implemented strictly and modified periodically, providing a beneficial condition for each employee to improve work performance and capability, enhance cohesion and performance of the enterprise as well as realize the target of strategic development of the Company. |
