| There has been dramatic changes for the survival environment andadministration peculiarity of enterprises when the knowledge economy age iscoming, as a new power of the economic development of China, the progress ofproducer service industry also become an important marker for China modernization.The prior development of the producer service industry has already been the actingpoint of the Chinese government. Therefore, the related enterprises will face with aseries of new challenges. Only by a continuous innovation, they are able to keep afoothold in the fierce market competition, but the ability of innovative administrationis a key to stimulate the survival proficiency of an enterprise. Based on thebackground provided above, the entry point of this article will be the development ofproducer service industry by the promotion of the innovative administration. It willperform a theoretical investigation and practical analysis for the producer serviceindustry on the ways to improve the ability of innovative administration. Thecontents and results of this research as following:Firstly, this article is to discuss the interior and exterior impact factors ofinnovation of the enterprises in producer service industry, to analyze systematicallythe current situation of the development of the enterprises in producer serviceindustry, to evaluate the current major barriers of the enterprises in producer serviceindustry concerning the innovation administration of enterprises.Secondly, this article is to set up a model of the innovation administration inproducer service industry, to discuss the content and dimensionality of the innovativeadministration progress, to set up an innovative administration frame which consistsof strategic, supportive and evaluative innovative administration in the producerservice industry and then carry out a specific analysis for each part.Thirdly, this article is to analyze the characteristics during the innovativeprogress of producer service industry and an intact innovative progress is partitionedinto four innovative stages such as stimulation stage, implementation stage, diffusionstage and constriction stage, to dissect the key points of each part in the works ofinnovative administration in order to achieve an essential research on the innovative administration of producer service industry systematically.Fourthly, this article is to comprehensively utilize innovative theory andcompetent theory of enterprise, to propose a concept of innovative administrationcapacity of producer service industry associated with the reality of the innovativeadministration in enterprises, to construct an evaluation indicator system for theinnovative administration capacity in producer service industry and then a networkhierarchical structural model, to utilize network analytic hierarchy process to confirmthe indicator weights of different levels, to perform a positivity evaluation researchaccording to four productive services of Shandong province.Fifthly, this article is to carry out a theoretical investigation and practicalanalysis on how to enhance the ability of innovative administration effectively, topropose to increase this capacity concerning better innovative environmentalconstruction, innovative management system improvement, and administration levelpromotion of innovative progress based on mastering the innovative administrationsituation. |
