Perfecting the organization structure with the establishment of specialists committee, which improves equipment comprehensive management. Setting up equipment evaluation index system, which allows the specialists committee to sort equipments as A, B and C by using comprehensive evaluation. Different sort of equipments adopt different management methods and maintenance styles, which reasonably distributes maintenance resources. The equipments’problems have been sorted, Different sort of equipments’problems are fixed by relative repair methods. Adopting the theory of the Life cycle Cost, according to the figures of the equipment’s purchase cost and the fees caused by running, maintenance and repair, the specific equipment’s economic life could be estimated by analyzing the historic costs figures, which provides support for the equipment regeneration. With the implementation of the above measures, the effective reference and suggestion would be provided to advance and improve the equipment management and increase the equipment’s guarantee ability in Changsha Cigarette Factory.
