TnPM Application Research In Production Equipment Management System Of Chenzhou Cigarette Factory

In order to deal with more and more fierce cigarette enterprise international competition, support for the World Health Organization tobacco control framework convention requirements and enhance the overall competition ability of the tobacco industry, national tobacco monopoly administration put forward "532" and "461" development strategy. To adapt to the new challenge, Chenzhou cigarette factory takes the enhancement of management level of the enterprise as the starting point, aims to create "the first-class domestic cigarette manufacture", carried out the creation of a modern cigarette factory activity in depth. As an important part of enterprise management, Production equipment management is the basic guarantee for the production and operation of enterprises, having a direct impact on the realization of the strategic target of the enterprise. Therefore, the enhancement of management level through an innovative equipment management mode has the vital significance to the enterprise.Based on comprehensive standard of productive maintenance (TnPM) theory, this paper gives a research and an analysis to the production equipment management. First, This paper analyzes the basic situation of Chenzhou cigarette factory, including organizational structure, characteristics of the production equipment and management status, then gives a systematic research and design the TnPM promotion programs for Chenzhou cigarette factory, as well as clarifies the production target, formulates the corresponding work plan, constructs the TnPM management system according to the characteristic of Chenzhou cigarette factory.Practice has proved that the TnPM management theory is completely suitable for production equipment management of Chenzhou cigarette factory. The established management system based on this theory can be a systematic improvement to the management level, providing a solid foundation for the enterprise to achieve strategic objectives.
